Stewardship 2019 - 2020

BE RICH IN GOOD WORKS, GENEROUS, AND READY TO SHARE (1 Timothy 6:18)

Our diligent and creative Stewardship Committee is organizing this year's stewardship pledge season. We will hear from members of the church and guests, including Soprano Chivonne Perkins, who will sing for us on Oct. 27, and from members of the Friday night AA who meet in our parish hall, on November 17.

Watch for a letter and pledge card in the mail. And prayerfully consider your gift to support the mission and ministry that God has entrusted to us.

A Prayer for Stewardship: Loving God, giver of all good things: inspire us by your Spirit to imitate your boundless generosity in ways that feed your Church and, in so doing, feed our faith, so that we might feed the world. By your blessing a few loaves and fishes became a feast to feed multitudes. Give us the courage to share from whatever we have in the certain knowledge that you can transform us and our gifts into more than we could ever imagine. Amen.

Stewardship is returning to God a portion of our lives, our time, talent and treasure, in thanksgiving for the fullness of life that God has given us.
